需要注意的是，新规适用于卖家在商品Listing中指定了跟踪服务的交易。如果卖家上传了有效的跟踪服务，则可以更快放款。如果卖家使用非跟踪服务来发送订单，请确保在Listing中指明这一点，因为预留付款不适用于此交易。

付款预留将在交易级别进行评估，受影响的交易包括：
